Due to the nature of our products, all Winter Cosmetic products are non-refundable, and all orders are final.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped Via USPS, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

The 3-5 shipping business days for your order will occur after payment processing (2-3 business days) upon placing your order.

Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the next business day, Monday.

Also please know your shipping could possibly arrive earlier than expected depending on your location.

Once payment is processed a confirmation email will be sent along with your tracking number.

Exchanges

If making a product exchange, products MUST be unused and in original condition. Winter Cosmetics holds the right to refuse any exchanges for any of the above reasons. If any products do not meet the above requirements, the exchange will not be accepted.
